Traveling the old highway 66

When you think of I-40 I remember the HWY 66 or as it was called the Mother Road and today Rouge 66 the Historical Highway.

Today more foreigners travel the route 66 path than people in our own country as tourists. That's not a bad thing at all. I used to take part of the route 66 road each day to work.

As a young kid we traveled the Route 66 in a 66 Newport. Some of the sights I remember are still up while others are just dusty trails.
